Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, met on Monday a delegation of the European Parliament, headed by Tonino Picula. During the meeting they discussed recommendations deriving from the Stabilisation-Association Agreement (SAA), namely fulfilling of obligations from thew first phase of the European Reform Agenda (ERA) and preperations for implementation of the second phase.
Haradinaj thanked MEPs on their vote in favour of waving visas for Kosovo citizens last week. “Kosovo’s progress is apparent in strengthening of the rule of law, democratisation of our society, as well as undergoing state reforms. Euro-Atlantic path of Kosovo is irreversible and the Government is committed to work on acceleration of the European agenda. During the meeting, on behalf of the citizens of Kosovo, I thanked MEPs for their vote in favour of visa liberalisation for our citizens,” Haradinaj said in a press release.
