Former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga will hold today a conference inaugurating the Jahjaga Foundation conference whose work focuses on creation of a just society by empowering of women and youth in Kosovo.
The first female President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, is expected to launch today the Jahjaga Foundation as part of her activities advocating for rights of women and youth. “I am so happy to be launching the Jahjaga Foundation Jahjaga Foundation today. The need to empower women and youth in Kosovo is stronger than ever,” she wrote in her Twitter account. The initiative of former president will focus in four main pillars: Strengthening of women, youth, security and regional reconciliation or facing with the past. The launching activity is held as part of the activity Week of Women which is being held in Kosovo.
