Fatmir Limaj’s party Nisma has decided to split from coalition with the PDK and AAK and be represented as independent caucus at the Assembly of Kosovo.
Bilall Sherifi, General Secretary of Nisma confirmed the news to Gazeta Express. “Yes, we have proceeded to the Assembly the information that we will operate as one caucus in Assembly,” Sherifi said. Nisma was part of the pre-election coalition with Kadri Veseli’s PDK and Ramush Haradinaj’s Nisma. Based on the Agreement Nisma is heading two ministries in the newly formed Government – the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Trade and Industry, whereas Fatmir Limaj has been appointed as deputy prime minister. Ramush Haradinaj was elected on Saturday country’s prime minister with 61 votes out of 120 seated Assembly. /Express/
